Some background: In 1995, the US Congress passed a law calling on the President of the United States to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel . The law also called for the US embassy in Israel to be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Since then, no US President has taken either action.
In this speech, President Trump announces his decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. He announces that the US embassy will be moved to Jerusalem. After the speech, he signs the appropriate document, to put these decisions into action.

In this speech , President Trump talks of peace. I don't believe the initial reaction in the Muslim world to this speech will be peaceful. I suspect the initial reaction across the Arab Muslim world will be closer to a firestorm of hate than a chant for peace.
I also suspect that many across the world will stand with this hate against the Jewish state. I believe they will more likely condemn Trump and demonize Israel--or demonize, then condemn both Trump and Israel.
