But these nations also say Israel refuses peace. They say, the best anyone can do is to try to understand why Israel is so stubborn.
If you follow--and believe--the world's mainstream media, here's the 'truth' you believe: The Arabs want peace (Eldad Benari, "Blair: Arab states will normalize Israel ties for peace talks", arutzsheva, May 25, 2016). The US wants peace (Carol Lee, Rory Jones, "White House working on renewed Mideast peace push", wsj, March 7, 2016.
France wants peace ("France launches bid to revive stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace talks", france24, March 9, 2016).
Sweden wants peace ("Sweden engages for peace and stability as a friend of israel", haaretz, November 10, 2015).
But always, Israel refuses. Yes, Israel says it wants 'peace'. But it won't move off 'square one'.

So which headlines are correct? Is Israel evil--or not? Are the 'Palestinians' the bad guys--or not?
Sometimes, a picture is worth 1,000 words. Perhaps that's what this discussion needs.
Look at these images below. They're cartoons. They appear often in 'Palestinian' mainstream press--sometimes weekly, sometimes daily.
Nothing like these images ever appears in mainstream Israeli press--nothing. Perhaps these pictures will tell you something about why there's no peace between Arab and Jew:

You can't make peace with those who bless Adolf Hitler, the man who killed 6 million Jews in less than 6 years.
The truth for the Palestinian Authority is, peace and hate don't go together. No one makes peace with hate--no one, not the US, the UK or, yes, even Israel.
Why won't Israel make peace? The answer is obvious. Israel will not make peace because it can't. It has no one to make peace with.
